Standing In The Last Day Christian Ministry

Greetings in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!

It is unfortunate the Huge 7.0 earthquake that has struck Haiti where untold thousands have perished. As of today, the latest estimated count of the dead rose to 250, 000. That number of lost lives is unimaginable to me!  250,00 in a city of two million people! As I said that is an estimated number. The untold devastation of an already impoverished nation is a horrible thing. Haiti is the poorest country on the Western hemisphere. Matthew 24:7 says this: 

 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

Isn't this what we are experiencing now??

the word "divers" simply means different. Earthquakes in different places where we wouldn't normally have tehma nd in magnitudes not seen before.There are pestilences. Look at rampant diseases that we have now. This new H1N1 virus is the latest one to crop up.  Matthew 24:8 says that these are the beginning of sorrows! We need to strap ourselves in and build ourselves up in our most holy faith, for we do not see the rapture of the saints taking place until  which is after  the great tribulation    Read it and understand for yourselves.
